Every item we create is made especially for you. Because our products are custom-made and produced to order, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or an error caused by us, we will remake and replace the affected item at no additional cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the defect or error so we can review the issue.
Please note that our replacement warranty does not cover incorrect sizes, colors, designs, personalization details, or other options selected by the customer when placing the order. Normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, and damage occurring after delivery are also not considered product defects.
