To request a replacement, please contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the defect or error so we can review the issue. Please note that our replacement warranty does not cover incorrect sizes, colors, designs, personalization details, or other options selected by the customer when placing the order. Normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, and damage occurring after delivery are also not considered product defects.
